Do I need a referral to book?
You can book directly by phone, WhatsApp, or the form on this site. If you already have a prescription, scan, or discharge summary, bring it. It helps the first assessment.
What happens on the first visit?
Dr. Apurva or her team listens to the story, examines the painful movement, and explains what they think is driving it. Treatment usually starts the same day, and you leave knowing what to do at home.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. On Google, patients have written about 10 sessions for neck and arm pain, a short planned course after knee surgery, about a month for a parent’s knee and foot pain, and a longer course for a difficult frozen shoulder. You are told the likely plan after assessment, not before anyone has examined you.
Do you only use machines?
No. Exercise therapy is the main treatment. Machine-based therapy is used when it will help the pain settle, and then the work shifts to strength and a home programme. Some patients are given video recordings of their exercises.
What are the clinic hours?
Monday to Saturday, morning 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and evening 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The clinic is closed for a while in the afternoon, and closed all day Sunday. Please call or WhatsApp to confirm a slot, because evenings fill.
Do you visit homes?
Yes. Home visits are for nearby areas and Thane, especially when travel is difficult after surgery or for an older parent. Send your pincode and the clinic will confirm.
Who will treat me?
Dr. Apurva V. Marda leads the clinic. Dr. Shweta Bhaskaran and Dr. Jhanvi Makwana, both MPT, are on the treating team. Patients write that the doctors stay with the session themselves.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring old reports, scans, and a list of medicines. If you have a surgery date or a surgeon’s note about restrictions, bring that too.
Where exactly is the clinic?
First floor, Panchratan CHS, 14, R-5, Hari Om Nagar Road, opposite Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Garden, Neelam Nagar Phase 2, Mulund East, Mumbai 400081. Kopri and Thane East are nearby.
