Care for Older Adults

Knee and foot pain, stiffness, and the confidence to move around the house and outside.

Care for Older Adults at Shreshth Physio Clinic

What this involves.

Families bring parents in for knee pain, foot pain, and slowing mobility. The pace is patient, and the clinic checks in after sessions rather than ending care at the door.

The session looks at the movements the person actually does: getting up, turning, and walking to the door. Exercises are chosen so they can be done at home, with the furniture and the help that are already there.

  • Knee, foot, and general mobility pain
  • Balance and safer walking
  • Exercises that are realistic for the person at home

Who this is for.

Older adults, often brought by family, for knee and foot pain, stiffness, and slower walking around the house and outside. The pace is patient. Exercises are chosen so they can be repeated at home. There is no rushed circuit and no promised walking distance.

How a visit is used.

A family member can enquire. Give the person’s name, phone, and what is limiting them: knee pain, foot pain, or slower walking. The session looks at getting up, turning, and walking to the door. The first assessment decides what is realistic. The clinic does not claim a particular outcome.

Where you are seen.

Families from Mulund East come to the first-floor room in Hari Om Nagar, opposite Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Garden. For a parent in Thane East, or when stairs and travel are the barrier, ask for a home visit and send the pincode. Nearby areas are confirmed the same way.
